To make sure we deliver a great experience and balance all play on the course, group bookings follow a quick review process. If your group is 9 players or more, please submit requests at least 7 days in advance by filling out the form below. Please book online or by calling the Pro Shop 60 days in advance if you are booking for 8 players or less.

Our policy is to refund for a course closure, but if it is a choice to play in inclement weather, a rain check will be issued.
No. Tee times are limited to four players to protect pace of play and the experience of all guests. Multiple tee times merging into one large group will be broken up — no exceptions.
4 hours and 20 minutes, monitored throughout the round. Groups falling behind will be required to catch up.
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited as SGC holds a TN TABC license.
Yes. Each player must have their own set available to play.
Yes — We carry premium Calloway rentals in all configurations.
Yes. Proper golf attire is expected of all players and guests.
• Spring Highlands — February 27-28
• Spring River — March 30-31
• Fall, both courses — August 24-25 (Direct method — small holes, no core pulls)
Tell us About Your Group...
- Within two business days — We will respond to answer any questions, confirm availability, and quote rates.
- Following confirmed availability — A non-refundable deposit equal to 3 tee times will secure your date. A member of our staff will reach out to collect payment by CC.
- 72 hours before your round — A member of our staff will reach out to finalize headcount and full payment. No shows or reductions after this cutoff remain charged in full.
- On arrival — The Group Organizer should check in at the Golf Shop so we can brief your group and get you started on time.
